Absolutely amazing service! This is my go to haircut place! I feel comfortable there as a feminine-lookin’ non-binary person getting traditional “men’s” haircuts; never a word about how it’s not ladylike or unusual, just enthusiasm on making it work on me! And they always do, my hair looks amazing after a visit, it’s always exactly what I’m aiming for! I came in right at close once hoping to get cleaned up before a date and they still accommodated me. I felt pretty bad as my cut did keep them after the store had closed, but the barber didn’t rush, did an amazing job on my hair, and I cannot stress how much I appreciate them fitting me in even when it was inconvenient. Seriously, just amazing people working here!

This location always accommodates me when I don't have an appointment. They are fantastic at what they do. They provide the exact haircut I want my son to have and we always leave happy and pleased. He comes out looking amazing every time I go here! You guys go above and beyond from entertaining my son while he waits with those iPads, to providing beverages to not only him but myself and making him feel comfortable while getting his hair cut. I feel very comfortable going to Tommy Gun’s in Grandview. From the moment I call to book an appointment, they are always so kind and welcoming. When we arrive, the experience is just as great. I usually bring my toddler with me, and my husband and older son both get their haircuts there as well. They always cut my son’s hair perfectly, and he feels very comfortable because the same barber takes care of him every time. That consistency means a lot to us. At the end of the appointment, they give the kids a juice or a lollipop, including my daughter who usually comes along too, which makes the whole visit feel like a special experience for them. As a mom, I truly appreciate this. Anyone with young kids knows it’s not always easy to feel relaxed and comfortable in a barbershop, but Tommy Gun’s makes it enjoyable for the whole family. We’re very happy customers!

This five-star rating is dedicated to the exceptionally respectful young lady at the front desk. During my shopping trip, I found myself in urgent need of a restroom. I had approached other establishments in the vicinity, but they all declined my request, stating that restroom access was only for customers making a purchase. However, this wonderful individual was incredibly understanding and, without any questions or hesitation, allowed me to use their facilities. This is truly an example of outstanding customer service.
